Ivan Grande is an architect specialized in digital design, Senior Project Architect at 基准方中建筑设计有限公司 and Co-Founder of maad.hk. He holds a M.Arch. with extraordinary distinction and a International BIM Manager from Barcelona University. For more than 10 years, Ivan has worked in Spain, France and China, reinventing the boundaries of design also cooperated with prestigious international firms such as Woods Bagot, ISOCARP or Gensler. Currently based in china he enjoys creativity, exploring the path of comprehensive research across architecture, public space, art and users. Ivan's vision is driven by promoting innovation and new technologies in architecture from concept to final construction. His practice areas of expertise span Commercial & Retail Mixed-use, Office, Transportation Orientation Development (TOD) and High-rise where Ivan implements his research and methodologies of digital tools in architectural design. 

伊凡毕业于巴塞罗那大学，拥有硕士学位及国际BIM 管理学位 ，他是一名专注于数字设计的建筑师，现任基准方中深圳公司的高级主创，也是深圳 maad.hk 的联合创始人。 十多年来，他在西班牙、法国和中国工作，重新定义了设计边界，并与Woods Bagot、ISOCARP、Gensler等国际公司合作。目前在中国，他很享受创造，并探索在建筑、公共空间、艺术、终端用户的综合研究道路上。 伊凡希望推动建筑从概念到施工阶段的设计及技术创新。他的专业实践领域包括商业、办公、综合体、TOD和超高层建筑等；工作中，他实施运用并不断研究数字工具。
